Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@shroomychocolates.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds

  • Approved refund requests will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead of a refund.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item, please email us, and we will correct the issue promptly.
